Nestle, Colgate-Palmolive and Mars Inc have been fined a combined total of $46.7 million by France’s antitrust authority for pressuring their distributors to keep prices high on pet food, reports The Wall Street Journal. France’s Autorite de la Concurrence says the companies did not operate a cartel, but had “vertical agreements” that limited competition....
